Preparation

Cook the rice
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly oil the basket. In a medium pot, combine the rice, 1 ¼ cups water and a big pinch of salt (double the water and salt for 4 portions); bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer, 17 to 20 min., until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, for 5 min. Fluff the rice.

Fry the vegetables
Meanwhile, mince the garlic. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli (halve if large), edamame, a drizzle of oil, ⅓ of the spices and S&P. Add 1 tbsp water (double for 4 portions) and the vegetables to the air fryer basket. Fry, shaking and adding ½ the garlic halfway, 6 to 8 min., until tender. Transfer to a plate and reserve the bowl.

Prepare the meatballs
In the same bowl, combine the pork, panko, remaining garlic and spices, and S&P. Form into 8 meatballs (double for 4 portions) about the size of a golf ball.

Fry & glaze the meatballs
Place the meatballs* in the air fryer basket and fry, 10 to 12 min., until cooked through. Transfer to a second large bowl and drizzle with the chili sauce; toss gently.

Plate your dish
Divide the rice between your plates. Top with the meatballs and vegetables. Bon appétit!
