Preparation

Mise en place
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Heat the BBQ on high, making sure to oil the grill first. Finely chop ½ the cauliflower florets. Remove the stem ends of the green beans. Mince the garlic. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, ½ the garlic, a drizzle of oil, ¼ of the spices and S&P.

Roast the vegetables
On a lined sheet pan, toss the whole cauliflower with a drizzle of oil, ½ the remaining spices and S&P. Roast, 12 min., until partially cooked. Remove from the oven, stir and add the green beans. Roast, 5 to 8 min., until tender.

Prepare & grill the patties
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the beef, chopped cauliflower, remaining garlic and spices, and S&P. Form into 8 small patties*. Add to the BBQ and grill, 3 to 5 min. per side, until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

Grill the pita
Drizzle the pita with oil. Add to the BBQ and grill, 1 to 2 min. per side, until warmed through. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into wedges.

Plate your dish
Divide the patties, vegetables and pita between your plates. Serve the tzatziki on the side. Bon appétit!
