BBQ-Glazed Beef Meatballs

Preparation
Make the mash
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly oil the basket. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil.
- Peel and medium-dice the turnips and potatoes.
- Add to the pot of boiling water and boil, 14 to 16 min., until very tender.
- Reserving ½ cup cooking water (double for 4 portions), drain and return to the pot.
- Off the heat, add 3 tbsp butter (double for 4 portions).
- Mash, gradually adding the reserved cooking water until you achieve your desired consistency; season with S&P.
Prepare & fry the meatballs
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the beef, panko, 1 egg (double for 4 portions), the Worcestershire sauce and spices.
- Form into 8 meatballs* (double for 4 portions).
- Place in the air fryer and fry, brushing with the BBQ sauce halfway, 10 to 12 min., until cooked through.
Make the salad
- Meanwhile, halve, core and thinly slice the apple.
- In a large bowl, combine the baby greens, apple, raisins and vinaigrette.
Plate your dish
- Divide the mash, meatballs and salad between your plates. Bon appétit!
